Park Feature

Park is used similar to the transfer feature. Users who are part of a call tree and do not get direct calls should be using a park system to transfer calls within their department. On your phone screen, there should be two ‘Park’ keys. May not be in the exact same location as the screenshot:

Steps to use the Park System:

  1. While on a call, press the park key you want to use, then hang up.
  2. Caller is now on park and may hear hold music.
  3. Another user in your department will now see the park key highlighted and can press the same button to pick up the call.
  4. The park line will then be open again.

NOTE: You can not have more than one caller on Park at a time. If you press Park while a caller is already there, you will drop the first caller.
